Service Description

A comprehensive photography session including 60 minutes of dedicated shoot time at a single location. You will receive 20 professionally edited final images delivered within a 14-day standard lead time.

Payment Terms

A $30.00 deposit fee is required for all portrait session bookings, due at time of booking. Deposits are refundable in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Payment in full is due at the beginning of each photography session. Clients may pay the full amount online during booking, or pay the balance in person at the photography session.

A variety of payment methods are offered. When paying at booking, all major credit / debit cards or PayPal are available methods.

If paying on site, please bring a tap-enabled card. Cash is accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled more than 24 hours before the session start time. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded the deposit fee. Any additional prepaid balance will be refunded upon cancellation.

Location & Entrance Fees

A&C Photography specializes in outdoor scenery, and encourages clients to request open locations (parks, botanical gardens, trails, etc.) for their bookings. Any venues or locations which require entrance or attendance fees shall be covered by the client. Prices listed in this service do not include any venue or entrance fees.

For sessions including multiple locations, each location must be within a 15-minute driving distance. Transit time between locations does not count against session time.

Service Radius

Photography sessions are offered in King and Snohomish Counties, Washington. For booking requests outside of this area, please contact us!

Product Delivery & Lead Time

A&C Photography delivers all digital photo content through Pic-Time. When completed, clients will be sent an email with a link to their personal gallery. High-resolution images may directly be downloaded from Pic-Time (up to the amount determined by the booking package / add-ons).

Standard delivery objective is 14 calendar days, from the date of shooting. Rush-order processing is available, with a delivery objective of 72 hours.
